Down a back street in Seminyak, Kieran & Yunika Morland serve modern Indonesian dishes with a twist, often with family recipes from Yunikas Javanese heritage, mixed with her husband’s culinary background. Sangsaka, which loosely translates to “the pride of the Indonesian flag”, is a 60-seat restaurant with wood fired oven and grills, an outdoor terrace for alfresco dining, and rooftop bar named ‘Diatas’ for an after-dinner tipple.
